116 items featured
Dear Friends,
Please know I have posted my preview of the March 6th-7th Hunt Live Sports Auction on my site SportsAntiques.com, please see link above. This auction is a good one for display pieces; there are a lot of them. I have featured 116 items I feel are exceptional. Included are 18 vintage sports coin-op machines. Ive also included all 33 pennants, since there is so much interest in them lately.

I've posted photos of all 116 featured items, with links to the listing page on the Hunt Auctions site. I hope this visual line-up is helpful for you to quickly scan my top picks of this great auction. Good luck bidding!
Kindly, Carlton
P.S. Thanks Leon for allowing me to announce this!

Default HUNT MARCH AUCTION PREVIEW ON SPORTSANTIQUES.COM

I'd have to rate this as the best auction I've seen in the short time I've been collecting. Loads of great stuff. I love the coin-op machines. Great to see an auction with an emphasis on memorabilia rather than cards. Nice job on the preview Carlton.

Thanks Brock...There sure are a lot of pennants...but none come close to that Cubs one Mike Hoevets got...lots of interesting things....I wonder what that Spalding Fielders trophy will bring...has an unusual little marquee plaque.

Another very unusual piece is tht hockey pinball machine,

great looking. I posted large photos of my top picks. That Deaf Mutes vs Akron broadside is really something.

I remember about 20 years ago Leland's had I think 3 or 4 of those, all the same format but different schools. I've seen very few on the market since...one I saw go on eBay about 4-5 years ago...went for $money$. And that Chesterfields football die cut sign phew..48" wide by 43" tall!

Even with the bottom left crack it's killer..only the second of that sign I've seen....I have the other. There's a trolly car sign with that same scene, I also have that always reminded me of an Italian painting. -Carlton
