Default Ken Norton RC?

I am trying to figure it out. Earliest card I can find is a menko-style card from Malaysia ca. 1975-76.

None of the Malaysian cards have writing on the fronts other than some have numbers. This is typical:

There were several issues of this sort: I think they were all made to capitalize on the Ali-Bugner fight in Kuala Lumpur in 1975.

The album for the card set was licensed by the Walt Disney company. The cartoon charactor Goofy was used as a mascot for the album.
