Default Question about ACME baseball photos

I've been offered a lot of ACME baseball photos -- dating between 1940 and 1950. My question is this -- there seems to be two types in the lot.

One looks has the typed description on the photo (see photo), and the other has the description in a paper attachment. Is the one with the paper attachment Type 1 and the other is a later reproduction? Both have ACME stamps....

Any help is appreciated. Hard to nail this down.
