Default Unusual White Sox Piece

Wondering if anyone has any information on this piece. Rumor has it this "was handed out at a game in the 1920s". Don't know about that but figured someone here might have some information. Thx

Yeah...So far no one seems to be familiar with it. I don't own it. Just helping the guy who does. He got a lot of replies on FB but no information on it. There's definite interest in it from several people, but no idea on value.

Anytime something surfaces nobody has seen or heard of regarding a super special piece, I have to think fantasy piece.
