I am at 204 after several recent pick ups. Set is rating out just above a 5 right now. Goal is no card below PSA 4 (need to replace 2 cards in set to get this done).

Default New entrant!

I sort of went on a tear this week, as I just couldn't help myself. Two weeks ago my Monster number was zero. Today it sits at 25 in hand, thanks to a couple of nice lots I was able to pick up, with more on the way. So please enter me at 25 for now, to be updated next week.

Separate note. The Wild Bill Donovan (throwing) may be the most beautiful card I have ever seen, certainly that I own. The colors are so striking and warm. Just magnificent.

Sorry Frank, haven't updated in a while. Starting to get the itch to start T206 collecting again. Please put me down to 19. Hopefully, I'll start to build it back up.

Maybe it's just the scan, but that Flick doesn't look good to me.

I was wondering if it looked off to anybody else, but pondered whether it could be a function of the scan. The font looks too dark and heavy, is part of it. I hope it's real.

looks to me that they aren't scans but hand shot pics due to the shadow over the bottom of the Flick. that might be giving the font a darker hue

sunuva....... look at this, I didn't notice before (I'm a T206 noob) but the scan for the back shows a Piedmont back in red ink. Now, I may be new, but I don't believe these existed in the original printings right? (i though all piedmonts were in some form of blue) so, looks like you were right..... dammit

good thing is, the guy I got it from is a regular on a facebook card auction group, he will make it right as I doubt he wants to give up his right to sell there.

Glad it worked out for you, Nick. For many of us , the lessons of experience were more expensive.

Default Delete mine please

Frank,

You can delete my count of 232 (mantleman) as I have since sold them.

Thanks for your ongoing efforts with this thread and I have a feeling I will be back starting over sometime soon !!

Andy

I'm at 450

You can update me - I'm at 450 now. I also have two entries at 191 and 171, which is not accurate. Just need one entry!

Thanks!
