Default I'm having vision problems - please help

I'm concerned that my eyes are getting worse. Is this just one of those cards that got crinkled early on and then ended up in a scrapbook?

Hard to say, especially without seeing the back. Your hypothesis would make sense per the wear it shows from the front.

Hey Scott, I have two that likely had this happen. I usually prefer rounded corners over creases but occasionally you get a few "poor" gems.

Yeah, I have one as well - T206 black cap Matty - but this one looks both small, and 'funny' on the top two corners. Hard to tell without better scans - the ones in the auction are much larger.

I'm too distracted by that hideous holder to focus on the card and i'm not bashing for the sake of bashing. The holder really consumes the image. I collect art and this is like putting a piece of folk art in a wal-mart frame.

It could also have slipped out of a toploader during shipping. I have a nice T206 that did that on its way to me Nice corners, nice color, bunch of creases at the top.
