New Fantasy FB Keeper League

Sorry for the intrusion, but I wanted to check to see if anyone is interested in joining a newly forming Fantasy Football League.

It is a modified 12 team Keeper League that will run on CBSSportline.

The draft is scheduled for Saturday, August 30th at 9:00 EDT.

I am looking for two owners to fill out the remaining slots.

Transaction Settings

Lineup Policy Owners may set lineups and change players' positions from a list of their eligible positions.
Lineup Deadline Lineup deadline is 5 minutes before gametime for each player.
Add/Drop Policy Add/drops are handled by a automated blind bidding auction process (FAAB).
Add/Drop Deadline Transactions will lock five minutes before the first game on Sunday. Players whose teams play before Sunday will be locked for the remainder of the scoring period.
FAAB Runs The faab process runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
FAAB Order Reset The tie break order resets after each weeks' games.
FAAB Period Dropped players will not be auctioned for at least 1 day(s).
FAAB Budget Each team will have a starting budget of $100.
Zero Bids Zero bids are not allowed.
Trade Policy Owners may do trades.
Trade Deadline No trades can be made after the trade deadline of 11:59 pm et 11/11/14.
Offseason Trades Owners may make trades during the offseason.

Standings Tiebreaker Ties in the standings are resolved in this order: Winning Percentage, Winning Percentage, Division Record, Head to Head Record, Points Against (Schedule Difficulty).
Division Winner Tiebreaker Ties for division winner are resolved in this order: Winning Percentage, Total Points, Division Record, Head to Head Record, Points Against (Schedule Difficulty).
Playoffs Matchup Tiebreaker Playoff ties go to the team with better TotYd.

Constitution
1. This is a KEEPER League. Each owner will keep 5 players and each KEEPER will result in the owner forfeiting the corresponding round that the KEEPER was selected. Any KEEPER that was added as a FREE AGENT will be defaulted to a 10th Round Pick. Keepers MUST be announced the Friday before the annual draft (8 days before, not the day before). If an owner doesn’t do this the commissioner will do it based on “CBS Rankings.”

In the event that an owner trades a pick that would correspond to a KEEPER, the default will be the next earliest round that owner posses. In the event that it is a First Round or no higher pick is available, the owner will sacrifice their next two highest picks and will be awarded two picks at the END of the 12th round.

2. FEES: Annual fees are $115.00 ($100 to the prize pool and $15 to defray the CBS League expenses) and are due before the draft. Lateness may cause you to forfeit your team.

3. DRAFT: The annual draft will be the Saturday before Labor Day Weekend at 9:00 PM EDT. If an owner has a conflict in schedule it will be their responsibility to have their draft done by another owner/commissioner or prepare an AUTOPICK Draft. If arrangements are not made then it will be done by the commissioner based on “CBS Rankings” with the highest rated player selected until the roster roster positions are filled.

”We use straight “NFL style” draft order based on team rankings at the end of the previous regular Season. (Superbowl Winner will draft 12th and runner-up 11th).

4. TRADES: Trades must always be approved by the commissioner. If a trade is “disallowed “ by the commissioner it will be put to a league vote (4 NO votes will void the trade).
DRAFT PICKS can be traded on a pick for pick basis only, but you cannot “stockpile” draft picks.

Trade deadline: Friday 11:59pm ET after week 10 games.

5. FREE AGENT BIDDING: Free agent period will start on the day following the draft at 12pm (noon) EDT or as close to that time as possible. Each owner will have a $100 budget to bid on Free Agents for the season. If an owner exhausts their budget, they cannot add a free agent. Bid wisely as your bid, if it wins, will be the total you pay.
Free agency deadline is Friday 11:59pm ET after week 13 games. For playoff teams with an INJURY Email requests to the commissioner for changes. Any injury replacement player will be removed from your roster when the injured player returns or at the end of the season/playoffs.

The Free Agent Bidding waiver process does not start until after the season begins, however dropped players will take 24hrs to be available for Pick-up.

Regular season waiver process will typically run late Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning.

6. TRADE/TRANSACTION payments are due by the start of the playoffs

7. INJURED RESERVE: For a player to go on IR he must be listed as "Doubtful or OUT" by CBS, be under league suspension or not be active due to a contract dispute. The player must be removed from IR when he has a game "stat" or is otherwise activated or added to the NFL active roster.

8. All teams are expected to maintain competitive rosters. This means a “full” roster of active players. You must field the players on your roster that give your team the best chance to win THAT week. NO TANKING!

9. Roster violations necessitating the Commissioner’s action will be a $5 fine and will be corrected immediately.

10. Divisions will be randomly “realigned” every year.

11. During the off season a simple majority vote can change a rule, once keepers are announced a vote for a rule change will have to be unanimous.

12. Offseason commissioner polling will be limited to a maximum of 10 calendar days per poll. If a true league majority (7) is not reached then a majority of the poll participants (must be a minimum of 8 owners voting) will be used (i.e. if 9 owners vote then only 5 are needed to approve/disapprove an issue).

13. If there is an ownership vacancy, the commissioner will solicit current owners for new additions unless there are owners on the waiting list.

14. COMMISSIONER: This post will be “reaffirmed” every off-season.

15. WINNINGS/PAYOUTS:

Super Bowl Winner = $550
Super Bowl Loser = $200
Wildcard Team = $50
Division Winners (3) = $100 each
Highest Weekly Score (not including playoffs – Ties will be split) = $50
Highest Total Season Score (not including playoffs – Ties will be split) = $50
The Transaction Pot (Trades/Fines/ADDS/Etc) will be used to offset next season’s CBS Fees.
Total payouts are $1200
