Default Anyone familiar with this?

I picked up this catalog (disguised as a magazine), but I haven't been able to find much out about it. It is really high quality as every page is glossy and full color. There are 24 pages at 12" x 4.5" with a decent amount of sport coverage. There is a page that says this is issued every six months and the one I have is the second one.

Has anyone ever come across this or a similar one? Thanks for the help and here are a few select pics:
