Looked again- I think its signed by royals

Interesting...I thought Balboni too but dismissed it because he wasn't a Pirate. Never even considered Brett would be on here. What we have here is a highly collectible Royals signed Pirates pennant. LOL
I'll send this one to the Island of Misfit Pennants. Thanks for the help. Good eye!
