New to Site and Vintage Collecting
Posted By: Tim
Althought I have been collecting baseball cards for many years, I'm new to vintage cards. I am a huge baseball fan (Dodgers are my team) and am not happy with the attitudes of the modern day player. I will continue to watch games and support the Dodgers, but am going to limit collecting modern cards. |

"'50s, '60s and '70s" is not "pre war." The war around here is usually the first world war (1914-1918), but occasionally the second world war (1941-45). |

For card desriptions and checklists, you should get a copy of the the Standard Catalogue of Baseball Card by Bob Lemke (Krause Publications). Covers all eras, 1800s to today. |
