Anyone seen this 1974 Steve Garvey error card?
Posted By: Vanessa Phipps
I recently picked this card up to go with my 74 topps set. I cant find an example of this anywhere. Anybody ever seen this error card before? I know its not a valuable card but kind of interesting. Just wondering if it has ever been cataloged? |

I consider myself a serious collector of Topps variation/error cards, but for whatever reason, wrong back cards have never generated much interest among collectors. The 52 Sain/Paige error may be an exception |

are generally not catalogued. The Paige/Sain error was catalogued simply because it came from a sheet where every other card was correct but for the Sain and Paige cards. Usually wrongbacks are the result of a misalignment, and they are generally only collected by oddball collectors or player collectors. For example, I have a number of Mike Schmidt wrongback cards. |
