Default Why are regional sports network fees still appearing on TV provider bills?

My RSN is $9.99/monthly. Anyone lawerly on Net54 have a grasp on the terms of carriage with these fees? I'm not opposed to banging my head against the wall (temporarily) on this issue, it's almost $120 per year. Is this more of a class action type of pursuit if it won't budge?

Verizon was the only one who offered up an exec for comment that I had seen (NYT), and it was just garbage excuses. Providers simply do not want to talk about this right now. I understand the providers have their team deals but that's not my problem. Television providers aren't budging on bill deferments (rightfully so imo) but these types of fees have always been unpopular and bloated. Right now...illegal too?

Most are showing classic games.
And didn't have a game on 24/7 anyway.
So they're still supplying content, even if It is pretty dull right now.
