Man they're quite different. slant, tails of letters doing different things, but the letter formation, other than the "S" in "Sincerely" seems to match up. I just hate that the slant is SO different, but I'm no pro. Maybe one was signed at his desk where he could turn the paper to help the slant and one was signed in person while standing or any one of a million other variables. I'm a lot of help, aren't I?

I'm no expert either, but my signature varies as much as that so based on provenance I wouldn't be surprised if they were both valid.

I appreciate both responses...both opinions of which I've tossed around myself. There are a couple other full "Mike Donlin" signatures that have been posted here in the past and the lettering is very similar and the slant degree varies with all. As Doug mentioned, I tend to believe the signature is legit based simply on provenance. Well....off to 'market' it goes! Thanks again for your response.
