Default Opinion on authenticity

In preparing for Bobby’s new piggyback submission group, I began going through my raw 1960s cards today. I came across two raw 1963 Sandy Koufax cards - #136.

I never noticed it before, but one card looks different from the other. The second card’s image is a little darker. You can also see darker shaded areas on his jersey.

I’ve seen a few other cards like this for sale on a certain auction cite. Is this a printing variation or is the card a reprint? I’m pretty sure the top card is authentic.

I appreciate any assistance or opinions you all can provide. I hope everyone is safe and well in these crazy times. Thanks.
