Tim,

It's hard to say. I hope to eventually have them autographed, so look for a combo of nice eye appeal and affordability. Generally, I don't usually use more expensive cards graded higher than PSA 5. As a general rule, I look for cards in the VG-EX range if $100+, or in the EX-NM range if under $100.

Thanks!

Ok, that's kind of what I kind of figured. I started digging into some stuff yesterday but didn't get far. I have a Gilmore that is a 6 but it is a little off centered l/r. I did find a decent looking, raw Marques Johnson 78 Topps that I think will work. I have a lot more to go thru, just didn't have time. I'll get thru it this weekend and get you some scans. We can figure out something that works for you on the cards you like as I'm not really attached to any of them, lol.

You may have missed this one because he calls him Smith not Schmidt. Very hard card to find in my experience, looking for a higher grade one myself.

Thanks, Tim. Sounds like we can help each other out here.

And thanks for the heads up on Oscar Schmidt. I didn't know that. I have the 1987 card and on that one his name is "Oscar Smit". Strange (and confusing).
