Default Babe Ruth card - 1928 George Ruth Candy Co #3 - SGC 3

I think it's conventional wisdom to say the 1928 George Ruth Candy Company is an undervalued set of Ruth cards from his career. This commnity most likely knows that a rash of counterfeits hit the hobby about 15 or so years ago, causing skepticism about raw cards.

No worries on this one. It’s graded by SGC and presents very well. It's definitely a strong 3. (Who am I to judge, but this VG looks nicer than cards I've seen graded higher. More VGEX than VG, for sure.)

Note: cards were printed on both white and tan stock. This card is on tan stock, and can be better seen in the pics of the raw card. Scans of the graded card came out lighter.

Photos are of the same card taken before and after grading.

Reasonable offers considered.
