Did you see his current 1912 T202 Christy Mathewson Hassan? What do you think about that one?? Any opinions?

Unbelieveable is right,

Does that hold true to the Old adage, The sum of the parts is worth more than the whole. J/K

Peter - that is shocking.

I don't remember the listing now, but last week there was a listing for a T202 end panel (I seem to recall it was a Cub) and it wasn't even authentic. If you're already going to pass off a reprint as an original, at least use the whole card!

I suppose the angle to understanding it is that someone wanted an authentic period card of Cobb and this was a cheap option, even at $100+. I recently had a similar internal discussion as I need a budget T-sized Joe Wood card, but in the end, I decided I couldn't call a T202 end panel a card and am going to wait for an M101-4/5.

OMG! This could start a new trend where people buy different panels and put them together in what ever order they wish. Could you imagine, a double ended Ty Cobb with a Ty Cobb spikes flying center for a T202? Wow, imagine the possibilities.... someone should email this A-hole and tell him he should modify his descrption and tell everyone that this is an end panel of a T202. I wonder if the seller would be good enough to do that?

I have many Ty Cobb cards. I would never buy an end panel from this card at any price. I don't like authentic(trimmed) or Old Judge cards with the ad cut off either.

I love to read all the hyperbole ebayers spew out to entice you to bid on their Trash
Did u catch his line:

Bid With confidence?

Yes after He totally misrepresents what he is offering I'm supposed to "Bid with Confidence"

I want to go & Puke after reading this listing

Or the Line:
A bit Miscut?
You Think Bozo?

I don't know about you guys but the Krap I see offered daily on ebay is really pathetic
But Ebay could care Less
All Ebay cares about is getting a gazillion listing fees A Day
