Default How many HOFers do you have

I know this was done a few years back but can't find it. I just reorganized my collection today so did a count. Not to brag at all.
Have 286 HOFers. I am mainly a card guy and have 246 signed directly on a gum card. How is everyone else doing? I know there are a dozen or so HOF I need that aren't too hard to do if I spend big $ and a hanful of cards. My number includes the 4 2024 inductees

I'm running a project where I collect a game used relic and autograph of every hall of famer, and I keep track of my progress here! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AQV...usp=drive_link
As for the exact number, I have items from 60 different hall of famers, either relics, autos, or both.

My count may be slightly off as I had to go down a list and figure it out, so I may have missed a couple that I do have. From what I am gathering on the fly here, I can confirm for sure 153.

I am at 259 and I have either a certified on-card auto and/or a PSA/DNA certified auto for all. All but one of the PSA/DNA items are index cards or GPCs (one signed check).

For my on-card HOFers, I only need Campanella on a 3x5/GPC as well. I have his signed Front Row card.

Only achievable older inductees for me are all $1k+ or much more. I am resigned I might never add any more old-timers.

I am by no means the right person to ask this as I am not a completist, but I've got a good chunk of the "tough" ones and I really haven't tried to go after super cheap and common guys. I much prefer tough early and turn of the century autos than card show guys. I think my number sits at about 180, but I could easily add 60-70 HOFers for well under $100 each if I just wanted to knock it off the checklist.

Wow...been so long..I forgot my password. Sig is kinda old i guess too.

I am at 288 (missing leyland which is easy)

Above all, I prefer flats (no balls/bats/etc)
Then, if they have a certified on card auto (like topps/UD/Panini), I go there first.
Otherwise, I am open to most things, with Dates preferred (GPCs, Letters, Checks). Cuts are mostly avoided.

I know Frank has me beat who is on here. I think he's low to mid 290's.

Still here, sitting at 296 but haven't added anyone new (besides through election) since Ross Youngs over 2 years ago. Rare names just don't come up for sale anymore.

Sure, they do! You just have to overspend to get them (AHEM, REA Jimmy Collins, AHEM ).

Thanks Frank. One of the most expensive purchases I've made but rare enough that if I ever change my mind (which I doubt), could probably make a profit
