Wtf psa?

I have an axe to grind with PSA on other issues, but I was looking for this specific card and stumbled upon this screwup. This is a starburst, but clearly not an artist proof due to the lack of "ARTIST PROOF" written all over the front.

It seems as though I can't even look up one card without finding a PSA screwup. SMH...

Get used to it they add many many many many many more to that list daily.
