Default Signed 1933 Goudey Averill Real or Fake?

So what do you guys think? Real or fake? I lost out on a PSA Graded one a while ago and not sure how I feel about this one.

Looks iffy given the bad scan, but it is trimmed across the top border.

Judging by several of the comments in the seller's feedback his mailing system is akin to pin the tail on the donkey.

It does appear to have been trimmed across the top-especially when looking at the scan of the back of the card(unless its the scan?)...........
