Default 1974 Minnesota Twins Dollars signed by Musial..?

Anyone have any idea what these "Twins Dollars" are from and why Stan "the Man" Musial would sign these? Any thoughts on these? They feel like standard paper (not very thick).

Yeah I was skeptical about the Autos as well as they are signed on twin items but I didn't pay much for these. I bought them cause I was curious about the "twins dollars" with players on them. I collect oddball stuff and was curious if anyone can give me idea on who created these dollars.
