Billion Dollar Babies, besides being a GREAT album the whole concept of the billfold (simulated alligator at that) and the pullout dollar bill was outstanding. Alice did rule for a 2 -3 year period back then.

I'm not sure any are really perfect. Some of my favorites aren't for sure.

Blizzard of Ozz

Don't say no- Billy Squier Maybe not perfect, but with at least half the album getting airplay it's close. It was also the tour for the first real concert i went to

Are you experienced - Hendrix

Klaatu "3:47EST" and maybe "Hope"

And in the almost perfect gag category
Blotto - Combo Akimbo (Unntentional?)

S.O.D. - Speak English or die. (Intentional!)

A bunch are close.

Good call on Pet Sounds, Peter. One crisp, clean album is “Sound of Silver” by LCD Soundsystem.

One that pops into mind right now is Neil Young's Live Rust.

Listened to this over and over in my teens/early twenties.
