Default $1 million Founding Fathers autograph auction?

Saw this story on the AP wire. Is there any consensus about RR auctions? Reputable company or not?

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A collection of signatures from the country's Founding Fathers is heading to the auction block.

The 56 signatures are from a collection that had been housed in a Philadelphia building being torn down to make way for a new museum focusing on the American Revolution.

The documents were on display Tuesday in the city's Old City neighborhood. RR Auctions is handling the Dec. 15 sale.

Auction officials tell KYW-AM (http://cbsloc.al/QcWqkJ ) the collection is estimated to bring in $1 million or more because some of the signatures are rare.

The new museum is expected to open in 2016.

RR is a very reputable company IMO. I have consigned with them in the past, and purchased from them many times as well.

No problems with RR - they are one of the best in historical autographs...

They are a reputable company and I have done business with them.
The staff is very helpful and they have a wide variety of items for auction.

They had me authenticate and catalog a non-signed photograph auction. They said photographs weren't their expertise and hired me to handle the whole thing. No interference or pressure on me other than to correctly identify and describe the photos.

I enjoy their auctions and bid in almost every one. The fact that I rarely win is a testament to their pretty strong prices as well!

They have been a past advertiser on our board and I have always heard good stuff about them from any reliable and intelligent person. I got to spend some time with one of their VPs at the National, Bobby Livingston, and he seemed like a really nice guy to me.

Technically I did authenticate one signature. A photo was signed on front by the photographer and I wrote that in the description. It was a very specific type of photo and the photographer happened to always sign those.

In fact, now that I think of it, this is the photo:

Edward C Curtis Native American

The Barney Ross autographed photo they just sold did not look good to me.
