Default 1953 topps mantle low psa

I'm wanting to get a low grade 53 mantle and I don't want to overpay. Any advise on how much a psa 1 and 2 would be on average?

Default 1's and 2's vary widely

Based on Eye appeal. In March 4 1's have sold between $1700 and $2200

2 X 2's have sold. 1 for $2800 (PWCC) and 1 for $3800.

PSA has a good auction result database for info:

I am actively buying and selling vintage sports cards graded and raw. Feedback as a buyer: https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=297262

I am accepting select private consignments of quality vintage cards (raw or graded) and collecting "want" lists for higher end ($1K+) vintage cards.

I got my 7 thirty-five years ago; my ex threw a hissy fit when she found out that I had paid twenty five bucks for it. She was heavy into Compuserve stock.

I loved that woman, but she was the Dave Kingman of marital issues.
