Default Don't you love

So I asked a seller if they'd sell a item early and they wrote back today saying no. Yet not even 30 minutes later they end it to most likely sell to another person.

Brock,
That's too bad. It sounds like either they were already in the midst of working out a deal with someone else, or if you offered a price, it wasn't the right price.

We all know that there are some sellers that will never end an auction early, but many will for the right price, FWIW...

Yea, most of the time I just ask and not include a price. I sent the seller another message saying hope he didn't end it cause I planned on bidding X amount. But picked a high amount(really wound have his that much) but to make him feel bad for selling without offering to others.

It's hard to know. Sometimes sellers get a few emails fishing for an off-ebay deal and then they know they have something. They pull it and find out what it really is and then relist it so that it sells for what it should. Hard to blame them. If I really want a good deal I take my chances and wait for it. The ones that fall through are the really good deals.
