Has anyone had recent problems with PSA Registry
Posted By: Arthur Lobbe
I've had numerous problems in the past with PSA/DNA items in the Refistry. I had a few that had bad certification numbers and they needed to be returned for mechanical errors. PSA will be in town tomorrow so I decided to bring them over. When I went to double check which items they were I found my set no longer listed (it was over 20% complete). Additionally my HOF autograph set which was 55% complete now show 11.7% complete and I fear that I will have to relocate my items (my organizational skills are impaired) and relist everything. The whole thing is frustrating! Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? |

I can be of no help to you as I have had no problems with the new registry. I thought it was a little difficult to use when they first changed over, but since I've learned to navigate my way around it's become easy. |

Personally, I have had no problems since they changed the registry. However, I know of quite a few people that have had similar situations to yours. There are a few posts on the CU PSA registry forum about various problems. |

Cosetta Robbins in the Registry office was extremely helpful. She explained to me where I can locate my cards and manually insert. It will be time consuming considering it's about 100 cards, but at least they are not lost. |

Cosetta otta run that operation, instead of the other guy . She is very helpful in any situation and either knows the answer or will find out the answer and actually get back to you like she says. |

Arthur: It's the PSA/DNA cards that are the problem. The folks with no issues are not collecting autographed cards. I'm Ullr over at PSA and over 40 of my baseball and football autographed cards didn't make the transition to the new registry software. I'm not very competitive so who knows when i'll try to re-enter them. Maybe you could help after you finish with yours. |

I continually tell them that PSA/DNA is the "stepchild" at CU. |
