Sheet cut.

If you could hook up with the guy that has the other half, and then put those two together, you're in luck. I'm sure Moser has a un-cutter that he could use.

Lol. This card needs no further alteration. It's perfect the way it is. Bill
Denehy does not need the spotlight anyway.

Hey I think that was my card! My friend Danny and I used to cut all our rookie cards in half. We used to draw the stadium outlines in chalk on our front patio and set our teams up in the field. You couldn't have two guys at the same position, any dummy knows that, so if there were two players on a card we cut them in half. I remember doing that with Seaver.

After the summer was over I didn't see any reason to keep all those cut up card pieces so I gave them to Danny. I am happy he got something for them.

I've got a Seaver RC that I've had in the collection for probably 30 years. Nicely centered and VG/EXish wear on the corners. For some unexplained reason, a previous owner put a 'star' in blue pen above Tom Terrific's head. I guess he was highlighting which of these two Mets he thought was going to be The Franchise. Saves me lots of time from looking at Denehy, because now I know where to focus my gaze.

Deans used to have a Seaver rookie that was torn in half and taped together, I just checked his site and its no longer there, so it must've sold.

Bill Denehy was the player that the Mets traded to Washington to bring in Gil Hodges as Manager so it worked out pretty well.
