Default PSA turnover time

Can anyone tell me what their experiences are with PSA lately. I know things are very behind, but I assume people are getting some things back. I have stuff in there already and I have a few more packages ready to go. I hope they are actually making some progress and getting things out. My last cards were received by PSA in August and are still listed as being in the grading process. Do I dare send more in?

I suspect the same things are happening with SGC and Beckett as well, but I would be curious if you have input on these graders as well.

The stories I hear from PSA submitters online is that they are taking 3-4 months to LOG BULK/VALUE SUBMISSIONS into their system after arrival at PSA, and then they expect 6 more months in the grading process. Their rate of mechanical errors is still bad despite giving submitters a chance to fix their mistakes before they're mailed out.

We (members of this board) have a "bulk" 1950s submission that arrived at PSA right around the end of May 2020 (so 8 months now) that is still there.

On a personal submission - I sent a Clemente RC for 15 day Express Service ($75 plus shipping&insurance) that was marked as received on 12/30/2020. It is scheduled to arrive (USPS) back to me on Monday Feb 1. So a little over a month on 15 day service.

So it feels like you can still get what used to be "regular" service from them but the price per card has now increased to $75 per card.

I'm gonna throw the BS Flag on this one - they have had more than enough time to ramp up their operations over the last year+

Still waiting on a Quarterly Special submission sent in August, logged as arrived a month later in late Sept and entered into the system in early Jan. only because I complained

Has not entered the grading process . A total joke
PSA can turn modern cards into vintage just during the waiting period

I will not renew my subscription again until I see a reason to get serviced properly as well as submit for proper levels/price

My submission of 20 cards was received by PSA on 4/5/2021. It is now over a year that they have been sitting on this batch of cards. I have nearly 700 graded PSA cards and have made numerous submissions in the past 5 years. I really believe that this will be my last submission to them. I am one of those people that have tried to be patient and tell myself that a PSA grade is worth the wait. With the way things seem to be going there, I suspect more and more people will pull away from PSA and find another source for their grading with the customer service and crazy pricing upgrades at PSA.
What disappoints me is that I already have a significant part of my collection in PSA holders and now I am being forced to create a whole other collection in a different holder brand. I would have strongly preferred to have everything with one company. I still agree with that but am disappointed that I chose a company that has lost touch with it's customers.
Is PSA enjoying those boxes returned to sender (PSA itself) because people have moved or died and have no forwarding address greater than a year after their submissions?
