Default My main focus is ____ but I have been getting into ____

This could be an interesting question and might even help a fellow collector find something he/she didn't know they need .

My main focus is still type collecting but I've been getting some felts and trying to peck away at some of those. I would like to finish off the different BF3 types and am taking it slowly. Always interested in trading for some as right now I only have the type 1 and 11. The different color BF104s are neat too and now have 3
..And lastly, still picking up ancillary items like boxes, wrappers, containers that the manufacturers of our cards put out.

main focus is pre-wwi photos, but a growing interest in items signed by T206 players (not cuts or index cards), and anything lying near a Ben Franklin half dollar

Default Changes all the time!

While my wants change all the time, I'm currently working on an all PSA graded 1955 Topps set (with my wife, believe it or not), an e98 set, a 2004 Topps PSA 10 set with my oldest daughter as she is getting into the hobby now, and a few other small things.

I'm dabbling back into the t205 and t207 set some, and would love to try any of the following again if my budget would allow it:

-t206 set
-1952 and 1957 Topps PSA sets
-cracker jack set
-t222 Fatimas (would love to have my near set back again)
-HOF RC collection

Ah, gotta love scope creep. I have a very modest collection of players, sets, types, HOF'ers, etc.

I am finding myself enamored with T3's / T9's. I have recently added three to my one type.

I don't have any new focus but my old focus was 30's card sets. About 10 years ago it began to shift to handmade 19th century bats, which is now my main focus. Most of the 30's sets are either complete or as finished as they are going to be. Not brave enough to try the monster.

Default well..

My main focus is the T206 set minus big four in SGC 40... but I have been getting into E91-A because there were five nice examples in an otherwise exclusively T206 lot I won from the last H&S.

Yankees - all Yankees from early 1900's thru current, with my favorites being pre 1970 and REAL favorites being pre 1960 all the back thru their first cards.

However, have added a few new parts to my collecting:

1) Jewish athletes in all sports

2) Pitchers that Mickey Mantle hit home runs off of

3) Cards of Yankees shown on other teams

My main focus is HOF Rookies(or close) and whatever bottom-feeding deals I can find, but lately I've been getting distracted by comic books.. Haven't taken the plunge back into them yet, BUT I find myself desperately searching for that ONE comic that I just can't pass up..

On the bright side, I've been researching the hell out of comics and 1st appearances, and I've somehow managed to put together a nice want-list of both comics that I want, and newer characters that are still relatively cheap, that I suspect might become a bigger deal over the next few years through movies/tv/whatever...

I've also come to one conclusion. "Spawn #1" at this point is pretty much the comic equivalent of the 1986 Donruss Canseco...
