Default Card shop suggestions in Tampa FL?

Gonna be getting on a plane in about 3 hours. Looking for a mix of modern and vintage. We aren’t renting a car but staying right in Tampa so we’d be using Uber. My 7 year old and his friend like the shiny stuff while I like anything before 1970.

Thanks! Steve

There used to be a really good one close by, and I have to imagine he's still around. I forget the name of it, but Google Orve Johansson baseball cards and should be easily found.

I just took my own advice. Looks like Orve passed 12 years ago. Too bad, he was a nice guy.

The store is apparently still there. It's called The Baseball Card Clubhouse now. Can't speak of how it is now, as I haven't been there in over 20 years.

You beat me to it, I was really good friends with Orve myself. I haven’t been down there since 2007/08 so I couldn’t tell you what’s going on in that store. I called once, gentleman seemed nice but I’m sure it’s not 1/10 of the old “baseball card co.”
