SGC Grading Question

If you pay for a card to be graded and it comes back altered are you supposed to get a voucher for another grading fee? I did not have it encapsulated as authentic. I thought you were but I wasn't sure. |

Hey Scott - no voucher, but if you want it encapsulated as Authentic, send it in with your next order and they'll do it for free. You're mostly paying for them to evaluate the card, so it wouldn't make sense for them to give a voucher for free grading just because the card was altered - they still spent the time to look. |
