Wow...um, well, 2 things immediately spring to mind as sad:

1) This seller probably believes that the "low pop" comment has validity

2) There will be multiple suckers...er, interested parties... who think so too.

I was shocked at the low grade. What keeps it from being a 9 or 10? Was there a finger print on the gloss of the card?

Well, the 1983 Mantle RC reprints are definitely worth enough that people are counterfeiting them to get into PSA slabs. They might just be early...

Same but not as cheap! Late 90s , haggled a graded one for $500. He was wanted 700 for a PSA 2. I sold it some years ago. I rarely kept anything like that when I was younger. I always wanted something else.
