D327 Holsum Bread.........er truck

As a true "back" collector I have never had the front shown on my site while having had this card for approximately 6 yrs or more. It's in my safety deposit box or I would put a picture of the front of it up ... it's a D327 Hornsby in an SGC 50 holder for crying out loud!! If anyone knows the approximate year of this truck it would be nice to know. Thought the pictures were intersting and would share....

I am by no means an expert on Old Trucks but my guess would be the trucks is from the 1920's. Here's a toy truck that I just sold on Ebay that was made in 1926 and has similar lines.

Leon, I dont know if you knew this but you have the scarcer back variation of the Holsum cards. The scarcer one (like yours) has the "H. Weil Bread Company" line the same width as the "Holsum Bread" line. The more common one has the H. Weil line narrower than the Holsum line.
