Default Who Makes the Sleeves that fit PSA Cards Perfectly - Got Ultra Pro Really Loose

Who Makes the Sleeves that fit PSA Cards Perfectly?

Most PSA cards that I get in the mail come in a very baggy/loose bag.

But I have seen a few that come in a tight bag that fits PSA graded cards perfectly.

I went to a show and all I could find was Ultra Pro but they are the same loose/baggy cards I normally see cards in as they are made to fit all Slabs including BGS which is very thick.

They don't even fit the thick BGS slabs nicely.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to buy the sleeves that fit PSA Cards Perfectly.

I included the picture above to show what I mean.

Luka Doncic is in a Bag that is Snug. You can barely tell it is in a bag.

Rube Manning comes out like a half inch. It is very Noticeable.

It got cut off - you have to move the picture to the right to see as the right side of Rube Manning which is worse than the Left Side.

I want all my PSA Cards in a Bag like the One the Luka Doncic Card is in.

Anybody know who makes these?
