Hey, I actually bid on that one...wasn't quite sure what to make of it, but I didn't make it a priority (and I thought it looked cool). Didn't cry when I lost...I shrugged it off actually because I seriously did not know what to make of it haha!

I could be wrong but it almost looks like the guy has the remnants of "Red Sox" on his jersey, maybe (if I had to guess) Hick Cady?

Regardless, it looks nothing like Thorpe... here is mine blown up quite a bit

Sorta looks like a young Chief Bender, no Honus, no.................
In any event not Jim T. I agree with the observation about the Red Sox jersey!

Catchers jersey looks like the Chicago White Sox away uniforms, up to the stripe down the side of the leg. Likely an AL picture (sorry, no Thorpe).

The Tom Barker game was a Boston product which makes sense with the Fenway Breweries thing, and The National Game shared most of the same photos. This combined with the fact that Boston unis did say "Red Sox" on front during the 1912-1913 era, probably indicated a Red Sox (American League) picture.
