Default New Wood Box Storage (raw cards) ideas?

Looking for some advice. Presales will come soon. My father-in-law has sold dozens of wood boxes over the past year (mostly on Net54 at a discount). He has just finished a prototype of a raw card box designed to hold 400 Ultra Pro standard 3x4 top loaders. Very similar to the solid oak 'T206' Tobacco boxes sold in the past. Strong hinge. Key lock.
The prototype has 4 rows, green felt inside & bottom. Size is about 14" x 9" and 5.5" high. Nearly the same size as the Tobacco boxes, just a bit higher. Holds graded cards sideways too.
Looking for feedback before these are offered for sale. Size, design etc. Please post ideas etc. The plan (like with past boxes) is to build a dozen or two. No prices yet. Shipping keeps going up, however. I will post on B/S/T when they are finalized. Just looking for ideas and suggestions. I expect a full production run to begin in March 2013.
His website is: http://www.dakotawoodcrafts.com. No card boxes available right now. Custom orders are always considered too.

Im interested. Can you tell us, for example, how many sgc graded cards would fit in each row? Also, confirm what is the largest size limit sgc holder it can hold? Straight up and down please as opposed to on their side. Thanks so much and good luck as always.

A few more pictures - per request.
Shown with SGC tall boy holders in the far left slot. Fits them perfectly. 10 per row - 40 total. PSA tall boy was a quarter inch too high. May be an alteration if enough people want PSA tall boys etc.
The 2nd row shows 10 regular SGC holders in plastic sleeves and 20 Ultra Pro top loaders. The 3rd row shows 11 PSA holders in sleeves. The 4th row shows 100 3x4 Ultra-Pro top loaders.
Lots of possible combinations. It was designed to hold 400 Ultra-Pro top loaders first. Many raw card collectors requested it. I'd say the next best look would be 40 SGC tall boys (Exhibits, Goudey Wide Pens etc). Keep the ideas coming! Again, no firms prices yet. My guess is under $200 delivered with shipping being a huge hunk of that. Likely $175 delivered to start (to be determined).

Another option - for those wanting to store graded cards - is to remove a divider or two and stack them flat. This box holds 14 SGC slabs in this arrangement. 56 total. Thanks to all that have emailed. Expect pricing etc to be finalized soon. Boxes will start production very soon.

If you're looking for suggestions (BTW, these things look frickin' awesome!!!), how about adding a metal (blank) nameplate/faceplate screwed into the top or front of the box, so a customer could easily remove it and get it engraved with his/her name or some other text on it?
