Can anyone tell me the month and year this photo was taken? If they took a photo of all the owners now-a-days with the Wagner card it would look like the Network 54 dinner..

Bill Latzko used to own one. I think he told me he sold it last year or the year before. Bill is a nice guy who loves the T206 set. If you look on the PSA registry for T206 he is 5th with a very nice collection.
