It could of been remotely related to the Negro League Columbus Buckeyes from 1921, but that style of advertising back dates from 1929-1949.

Default Warren Buckeyes

I have this one also and when I bought it (from a seller in PA.), he said it was from the Warren Buckeyes of the Pa. State League - 1941.

I would of put in a higher snipe if I would of known it was minor league related. I did not think of checking other states that might of had a team called the Buckeyes.
