Default Dating Kodak Photo by printing on back?

Hi

I'm looking to determine the era a photo was printed. The printing on the back is:

Kodak PROFESSIONAL
Paper * Papier * Papel

(the asterisks are actually round bullets)

I know it's not really old, but I don't expect it to be too new either. Can anyone nail down the dates when this paper was produced?

1990s-2000s. Possibly very late 1980s. 1970s or earlier? No way.

Thank you very much. The claim was it was signed in 1989. I just wanted to ensure it wasn't a paper that was only available in the past decade.

It's a modern text but has been used for a number of years. In fact I have a few photos that I bought perhaps 7-9 years ago that have that text.
