Default need some help identifying baseball card brand/year

I appreciate anyone who could tell me what year these cards were produced and brand. I assume they are mid to late 80's. Looks like they are from a magazine insert possibly. Thanks for any help!

If they're tiny, they look like cutouts from one of the All Star Game programs.

Thanks! Yes, they are smaller than the 74 Topps mini. I appreciate the help!

You are good! Thanks do much for your help! I have looked everywhere including eBay and could not find anything. Looks like I have the set i found well over 200. I found these in a box of stuff I bought from a huge estate sale from a retired card shop owner.
