Can't be a World Series game so maybe an All-Star game in an American League park (Musial has dark blue road cap). That background grating is throwing me off, it looks 60's but that doesn't seem possible assuming the prior statement. Just a guess though.

Great photo, maybe a member recognizes that grating.

I think its ft lauderdale stadium. Spring training circa 1962-63.

Thanks for the info. Ft Lauderdale was a great call. I think it was 1961 if that uniform chart is accurate. Look at Musial's socks.

Gotta be 1962. Yankees were at al lang field in st peterbirgh in 1951. The socks may have been leftovers from the 1961 season, which is likely with it being spring training and all
