Default John Rocker is still a douche

My son is in Cooperstown researching a book he is writing and saw this sign in a store window.
Who is the bigger jerk?
John Rocker or the store owner?

Sounds tongue-in-cheek to me. I have no problem with it.

Met Rocker here in NY - where he is most "loved", and I have to be honest; he was really cool. Easy to talk to and really friendly. Just my two pennies..

It wouldn't be there if there wasn't a market. Blame the demand.

Calling him an it is so appropriate.

He was certainly uttering very bigoted remarks when he played for the Braves and came to NYC.

I don't have any comments on him as I think I only have seen a few of his episodes. I think the signing with the "bad words" is kind of funny. Again, I will let others comment on the store owner or Rocker....bigots aren't cool.

Crazy prices for those guys. I think the Rocker inscription is pretty funny, but obviously he seems like a bad dude.

It doesn't seem so special to have "bad words" written by a person who is known to be crass and bad himself. Now, if you could get a 'bad worded' auto that was written by somebody like Aaron or MLB poster boy Musial...now THAT would be something.

My question is, why would someone hike up to Cooperstown and pay $20 for a Rocker autograph? There are several on eBay right now for under $20, and quite a few in the $5-$10 range.
