Default Anyone good at grading cards?

Does anyone here have a good eye for grading cards and willing to help. I have a card I’m considering having graded but want to get an idea of what it will grade at. I know it’s impossible to be exact but even a ballpark number would be helpful. PM me if you can help. Thanks!

Everyone of us here is an absolute expert......

Maybe just put up a scan (front & back) and Im sure you will receive lots of marginal advice.

I 2nd that. I have seen enough PSA graded cards, I can make a stab as to where it would fall.

I'm pretty good as well, IMO.

lowpopper scored second overall in the PSA grading challenge at the last National, I believe.

Asking this website’s members if any are expert graders is equivalent to asking a prison’s inmates if there are any innocent people there. 100% response rate in both instances.

Just look at the BST section. Everyone claims their cards are undergraded, and their personal opinions on the true grades are more accurate.

And most are overgraded. It seems like every card is undergraded in the owner's opinion and overgraded in the buyer's opinion. Posting cards should get independent opinions. I used to run ads in SCD and never had a comlaint about my grading.

I would say the TPGs do but I am pretty sure our forum has some better eyes, from the grading I have seen the last few years. Yuck...

This is true. Seems those Purple Stickers might hold some water after all.

So....... Are you going to post hi res scans, front and back, so we can render our opinions?

What would be interesting is to set it up as a poll. Then it'll be easy for people to try their hand at grading, and after you have a bunch of responses, you can take the average (mean, median, mode, whichever you prefer) and have a really good ballpark idea.
