Default online ultraviolet light / black light tutorial

Primer on ultraviolet light, including the basics of buying and using a black light for examining collectibles (including vintage baseball cards) and currency. The section on making fluorescent art isn't yet finished, so you can check back on that later.

Thanks David, I've heard the black light test mentioned several times, but didn't really know how to use it until now.

I recently bought a mini LED blacklight, like shown in the guide. It was very cheap, small (smaller than the palm of my hand), gives off strong light and is as easy to work as a flashlight. You see a lot of them on eBay and amazon.com
