Default 1915 Cracker Jack Joe Jackson

Did you see the closing price for the PSA 1 on the Golden auction? It closed at $32k! I thought $25k would be the high but $32k - wow!

This card may be the single most desirable pre-war card outside of the T206 Wagner. Prices are going straight up, and there's no sign it's going to slow down. I don't have a crystal ball, but it's not unreasonable to say that in the not-to-distant future it will be a 6 figure card, in any condition.

I was a little shocked at the price but with the 1914's being so scarce and the prices rising fast the 1915's were sure to follow.

The card is near impossible and an absolute beast. With Justin Herbert’s selling for $800k this damn thing should be $10m. My 2 cents.

It is by far the most asked about card in my collection (i.e. will you sell?? Please???) The '15 CJ Cobb has been doing remarkably well also!

One of the all time great cards ever created.

Edited to add: if you couldn't already tell these are the same cards. Cracked and subbed to psa back in 2017. Wish I still owned it... :-(

Using their "maximum declared value" amounts, I sent it in using their Premium 1 service.

There is a SGC 98 1914 Jax...wonder what the price of that card would get now. Don't think it will ever make it to market.

Thank you! I feel it has pretty darn good eye appeal for a 1.5.
It's main drawback is a crease that is much more visible on the back.
