Does anyone else have issues uploading photos through the Tapatalk app on an iPhone? This has been an issue for me with this forum for a couple of years now. When I select a photo to upload, it always spins for like 10 seconds, and then gives an error message ("We have a problem", or something like that). But then when I try a 2nd time, it usually works and uploads the photo.

Is this just the crappy service we get with the "free" Tapatalk app now? I might consider upgrading to the paid one, but I would need some assurances that this is not a problem there.

I am not positive but I can safely say that 98+% of the time the file is too large. Phones just use more space for pics. I think they make money on storage, by doing it, but that is another topic....but pertaining to Tapatalk specific I have no idea.....We have it here because members want it. I don't use it. To each their own.

Thanks Leon. That makes sense. Not sure that the storage thing with phones is not above board, they have just made most cameras on phones so ridiculously nice these days that the output takes up a lot more memory than it used to. I will mess around more with just using the site in a browser on my phone...
