Default An innovative strategy for selling ungraded vintage cards on Ebay

Posted By: Mike

I hope I'm not outing this auction for anybody.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Single-1933-Goudey-Lou-Gehrig_W0QQitemZ190126813764QQihZ009QQcategoryZ868 47QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

He also answers his questions simple and to the point:
Q: When will a picture be available?
A: No

Are you really going to bid without seeing a picture. '33 Goudey Gehrigs in this condition are not that difficult to find. Why not wait for another opportunity.

...the auction was just removed by Ebay anyway. I certainly wasn't going to bid higher than 200 bucks and lose even a penny in Paypal protection. Oh well...I'd love to know why this was removed.

it was removed because i made the seller an offer they couldn't refuse:

$15 in gift certificates at IHOP and a cassette tape of "Totally Awesome 80's Hits Volume 36."

Can't wait for this invisible Gehrig to show up. Wait a minute- maybe it's already here and I just can't see it...

Yes, removed. And on of the "popular items" it has been replaced by is The Martha Rules, by Martha Stewart. And, even get to see a picture of the cover.
