evidence of trimming vs. cut short

I submitted a gorgeous blue background M116 Bresnahan with clean back to either SGC or GAI, can't remember which now. I thought it had a chance for a NMT grade, it is that nice. Instead it came back "cut from sheet"??? I emailed them and asked them what that meant and they said that although it was a beautiful card it was cut from a sheet. I said "aren't all cards cut from a frigging sheet?" and they said yes but they could tell the difference in a 1910 cut and one cut later. |
