Dang! You got me all excited, Mike. I thought maybe a big pinback show was coming up somewhere.

My Holy Grail continues to be a 3.5" orange border Ken Henderson SF Gints pin...

Default Pinbacks of no-hit pitchers

Great stuff guys!
Here is some of my pinback collection which is completely dedicated to pitchers that threw a no-hitter. Many are vintage and a few are modern...

Mike, Mark,Scott love all the pins! Mike I have always loved that you collect cubs white sox and tigers pins a great collection. Scott you and the pitchers have been have been incredible as to what you have come across. Wow I still see a few of the pins you bought from me with the Feller how to pitch pin still in the plastic snap box with the tape on it just as I sent it to you what about 6-7 years ago? Love it.

Mike here is one that I think you have to get to fill in a tigers PM10. Yes thats right a tigers PM10. One of the ones the late Dr Paul and I had a big arguement with but if you do look close at the pin (Paul has it listed in the red sox section) you will see that George Kell has a tigers cap and tigers uniform on. NOT boston red sox. So yes in my opinion there is a PM10 tigers player pin!!
Mark here are a few more that I like the best

Holy catfish Al I have wondered why there wasn't a Tiger represented on a pm10

I really need the Santo pm10, but I'll add Kell to the list! Nice detective work Pal and thanks for posting your AMAZING pins!

Not super exciting, but I just picked up the Cepeda on the left. The font and proportion of the head shot are slightly different than the other.

Since this is a pinback thread I'll post this pickup from eBay last night here and the November pickups

I haven't had an opportunity to add to my Tigers collection in quite a while.

You have an amazing collection Mike! Your Cubs collection is fantastic, but it's great to see another "generalist" display

It's NOT ok to show only "some" of your non-Cubs collection! Give it up Pal!

Anyone have the pinback from Forbes Field opening day? I have seen a few over the years but have only ever seen one that was still on its original paper. Can't believe I missed out on that.

I always thought of it as a paperclip, but I think you're right. It probably was meant for a shirt pocket. Here's a closer pic...

Mike yes that pin is very hard to find!. Here is one I also have that I saw you have a very hard dodger pin. But all I have seen have the dark Bum on the right. The one I was able to get has a red bum on the front. I know its good as the union logo is stamped on the back!

Another interesting variation. The very rare "Shaving Permit" pin is red, but I've never seen either come in two colors. Got to love pins!

Mike yes the shaving permit bum is just like this one red. And yes Pauls was the only one of that pin I also have ever seen.

Thanks Greg I dont think that pin is from the era. The back is just to new . Looks made up at a much later date. 1980s 90s? Rowell played for Boston from 39-47 then was at the phillies in 48. So to be correct that pin had to be made from 39-47 and in my opinion the aging just doesnt match the time frame.. Just my opinion my friend... Your thoughts?

Since it's still technically fall and I finally took some new photos -- I'll get this thread going again. Most of these are as they are displayed on my shelves.

Hi Rob,

I think I've seen one other Appling pin in the original folder.

I also have the pennant from that day with the original pin still clipped to it. You see can parts of it on the glass shelf below other pins in a couple of the last photos. It's a white pennant with red letters that say "C'mon Luke"
