Default Anyone have dealings with

Topi52 on eBay? I questioned him as to how he has sold multiples of horrible conditions of Ruth, Cobb, Musial, Williams that appear on his sold/feedback. Without placing a bid he told me to send my winning card back without opening the package.

Looks like his business model is to doctor and sell fakes/reprints with the often used "friends grandfathers estate" story along with a no guarantee statement. Happily refunds if he's called out to avoid trouble. Technically, probably within the eBay rules, just another scummy snake oil salesman with poor character. I'm also surprised that folks bid on this stuff at all.
